Customer Success Manager
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager with experience in international payments, crypto-acquiring, and fintech relationship management.
About The Role
As a Relationship Account Manager, you will manage and grow key relationships across the international payments and crypto-acquiring ecosystem. You will work closely with partners and clients to ensure smooth communication, strong commercial performance, and high satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients in order to aid in their success using our products. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the clients may face.
What To Do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners and clients, ensuring clear communication and consistent support across international payments, crypto-acquiring services, and exchange operations.
- Initiate outreach to attract new clients and partners, contributing to the expansion of Company's global network.
- Identify opportunities to expand engagement, including increased product usage and transaction growth.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare insights to support commercial and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams—product, compliance, risk, engineering—to resolve issues and support partner and client needs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of partner and client requirements to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Attend industry expos, conferences, and events, strengthening visibility and building new relationships.
What's needed
Relevant experience in account management, partnerships, business development, or commercial roles within Fintech/ Payments/ Crypto
Experience managing relationships with clients and/or partners in a commercial environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
Willingness to travel internationally when required
