Collect & Exchange: Crypto Exchange App, Wallet & Payment Solutions

Most people who work with crypto end up juggling the same pile of tools. One account to trade, another app to store coins, a payment processor if there is a business involved, and a bank transfer step that takes days to untangle. Each piece works fine alone. Together they are a hassle.

The Collect & Exchange app is built to cut that down. It combines a crypto exchange, a crypto wallet, fiat conversion and payment tools under one login. This post covers what it does, who it suits, and what to check before you sign up.

What is the Collect & Exchange app?

Collect & Exchange is a crypto exchange app for individuals and businesses, available on Google Play and the App Store, with the same account available on the web platform. The homepage describes it around three words: Pay, Exchange, Wallet.

The company, Collect & Exchange Ltd., is based in Astana, Kazakhstan. It reports more than 10,000 clients and supports 15+ currencies for payments, exchanges and settlement, including BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, POL, TRX and EURC.

Buy, sell and exchange crypto

You can run crypto-to-crypto, crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto exchanges from the same screen. The crypto exchange service shows pricing before you confirm, which matters more than it sounds. Plenty of platforms advertise a low trading fee and then make up the difference in withdrawal costs or a wide spread.

When you compare any exchange, look at four things together: the trading fee, the withdrawal cost, the settlement time and how the company is regulated. A cheap fee on a platform you cannot verify is not cheap.

If you are still deciding between platform types, our explainer on centralised vs decentralised crypto exchanges lays out the trade-offs.

Crypto to fiat, straight to your bank

This is the part most people care about. Turning crypto into usable money is where a lot of platforms get slow or confusing.

With Collect & Exchange you convert digital assets into fiat currencies such as USD, EUR or GBP and withdraw to your bank account. Businesses can also use dedicated or non-dedicated IBANs for settlement, which helps if your finance team needs predictable banking details.

Not sure what a conversion will return? The crypto converter and calculator gives you a quick estimate. Treat it as a guide, since live rates move.

A crypto wallet in the same account

Holding your assets next to your exchange account saves you from moving funds between apps, and every transfer is another chance to paste the wrong address. The built-in crypto wallet lets you store, send, receive and manage digital assets, and you can hold stablecoins like USDT and EURC alongside BTC and ETH.

For companies, the corporate crypto wallet handles several currencies in one place. We wrote a separate guide on how businesses can manage multiple cryptocurrencies in one wallet if that is your situation.

On the security side, the company says customer funds are segregated, assets are held in cold storage, and transactions go through AML screening (KYT). Those are the right things to look for. As with any provider, read the details yourself instead of relying on a summary.

Accept crypto payments as a business

If you sell online, you can accept crypto payments through the platform's crypto payment tools. Integration works through APIs and webhooks, or you can handle transactions manually from the dashboard if your volume is small.

The main selling point is the conversion step. Payments that arrive in crypto can be converted to fiat automatically and paid out to your bank, so you are not left carrying price swings you never wanted. The company states its pricing has no hidden fees, subscriptions or account maintenance costs. Check the current fee schedule before you commit, because pricing pages change.

Specific coins have their own pages if you want to start narrow: accept Bitcoin or accept Tether. Larger trades can go through crypto OTC, and the full setup is described on the crypto acquiring page.

Industries named on the site include fintech, real estate, law firms and corporate services, funds and family offices and high risk e-commerce.

Regulation and licensing

Crypto has a trust problem, and most of it comes down to one question: who is watching the company that holds your money? Collect & Exchange is an AFSA regulated crypto exchange. Collect & Exchange Ltd. is registered as a private company in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) and is authorised by the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA) to provide money services related to digital assets, under Licence No. AFSA-G-LA-2023-0002.

What AFSA is. The AIFC is a financial jurisdiction in Astana, Kazakhstan, with its own legal framework that sits apart from the rest of the country's rules. AFSA is its regulator, and it has rules written specifically for digital asset businesses. Those rules cover authorisation, governance, capital requirements, anti-money laundering, market integrity and customer protection.

What the licence covers. According to the company's compliance page, the regulated activities are digital asset payment and exchange services, digital asset deal arrangement, and digital asset investment support. If you are using the platform to exchange crypto, convert it to fiat or accept payments, those activities fall under that framework.

What it means in daily use. Every account goes through identity verification, and transactions are screened for AML risk. The company also says customer funds are held separately from its own money, with assets kept in cold storage. Companies licensed in the AIFC can also work with a currency regime that includes US dollars, euros and tenge, which is useful if you settle in those currencies.

What regulation does not do. It does not protect you from price swings. A regulated platform can still list an asset that drops 40% in a week, and nothing in a licence changes that. It also does not remove the need to check details yourself. The licence has an expiry date, so look at the AFA regulation page for the current status and the linked licence document, and read the risk disclosure before you deposit anything.

Availability also varies by country, so check the supported countries list before you register.

The app fits people who want trading, storage and cash-out in one place, and businesses that want to take crypto payments without managing blockchain details themselves. It is less obviously the right tool if you only want a self-custody wallet where you hold your own keys, since the wallet here sits inside a regulated platform account.
